Witch in the Kitchen: “Vegan Pudding of Lemon // A Healthy and DELICIOUS Sin”

Another healthy peccadito for you my loves, be they vegan or not, this is undoubtedly a dessert that you must try, of easy preparation, with few ingredients and with a delicious result. Always, I like to give options for all kinds of diners, we never know if our guests have a vegan, or a person intolerant to the egg, also this is also an economic preparation.

Few ingredients, easy preparation and delicious result, make this pudding one of my favorite desserts. I like to always have something to offer to those who visit me, besides having this kind of recipes to give to My Mathias for your snacks, it can be made as a birthday cake, everything depends on your preference. But enough of that, blah blah and join me to show you how to make this delicious recipe,  Enjoy! 



  •  2 1/2 Cup of wheat flour 
  •  1 1/2 tsp. of baking powder
  •  3/4 Cup of Sugar
  •  1 Cup of sunflower or corn oil
  •  1/2 cup of water




  • Difficulty level:  Low
  • Preparation Time:  10 Minutes
  • Cooking Time:  40 Minutes
  • Total Time:  50 Minutes
  • Performance:  10 Servings

To say that this is an easy preparation, is already redundant, but it certainly is, to start in a bowl or bowl, place the sugar and add the oil, water and lemon zest.

With the help of an electric beater, or you can serve us a balloon whisk, we beat after about 2 minutes to dissolve the sugar and emulsify our liquid ingredients well. On the other hand we sieve the dry ingredients and we are integrating in two parts the mixture we have with the sugar.

We continue beating until the dry ingredients are integrated, and obtain a dough very similar to that of cookies, and dump in a previously floured mold, to bring to a pre-heated oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes, or until when introducing a toothpick this one comes out clean. And  Voilá!, it’s that easy to have our Delicious Lemon Vegan Pudding  ready.

The result of the dough, can make them think that they have a pudding cake, but the amount of baking powder, helps to keep us fluffy, smooth and with the right moisture, to make this a delicious lemon pudding. I can assure you that you will not regret trying it, and you will be eager to prepare it a few times.
